Over forty years of legal experience, primarily in environmental law and toxic tort defense

Founding partner of Tucker Ellis LLP, a national law firm

Retired Chair of the Tucker Ellis LLP’s Environmental and Renewable Energy Practice Group

Represented clients in over 50 Superfund cases, including cases decided by the 3rd and 6th  Appellate Circuits 

Lead counsel in successful case before Ohio Supreme Court regarding permitting under Ohio’s Clean Air Act

Represented parties in litigation which ultimately lead to the Short North and Scioto Mile developments in Columbus

Counseled numerous clients in Brownfields development matters

Represented international auto parts manufacturer in while collar criminal environmental matter

National Coordinating counsel for several defendants in asbestos litigation across country
